  My experience goes as follows, me and my wife showed up to the Dr. Office for an appointment at 10:00am, at approximately 1pm the Dr. Wifes advanced out of the office. Not to advice of any situation with the doctor or recognizes the delayed schedule but instead to insult others, stateing that we all in miami need to have manners and more education that we shouldnt move around two small pieces of furniture for a Baby Stroller to fit through or even pregnant wives to be able to freely walk by the waiting area. She also stated that family memebers as the to husbands in the rooom should wait outside or in the parking lot. I think that Mrs. Fernandez should learn more about morals and respect herself, and how to treat her husbands patients. This is not the first time her rudeness sprung us all. And i felt the need to complain about this so-called manager and her ways of treating and addressing people along with time management skills. The Doctor Mr. Gonzalez is such a great guy however, joyful warm hearted doctor who treats his patients with care and attention. He is also very thourough explaining procedures and questions. With him i have no complaint. The office staff however could use some reinforcement and corrections.

  I haven't meet him, but a doctor's office isn't only the doctor. So this review it's because my really bad experiences there. I just meet her wife, the office manager, and all because she was so "kindly" to come outside, to the waiting area, with a really bad attitude to complain because the people out there where moving the "decoration". That decoration it's basically two small coffe tablets in the middle of the waiting area. Miss. If you care more about your decoration that about your patiens.... do not leave those tables in the middle where people has to walk thru strollers. If you have to communicate anything to your patients do it kindly, with humbling an not so rude as you did today. And most important, if you really care about your business and what you do. Pay more attention to your customers and not a simple decoration. Your staff never answer the phone, in 6 months not in a single case your staff are being able to do the fifth schedule and attend her on time... she is always atte ded at least 3 or 4 hours later. So you... "Doctor's wife and office manager" learn how to be a manager and do your job right or just stay at home and be the doctor's wife and there no one will move your decoration.
