- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Scott Halperin is one of the doctors who actually CARES very much for his patients! He works extremely hard to help people who are addicted to opioids and want to get back to living their lives. He actually MAKES A DIFFERENCE! He is also an excellent family doctor!
